Total costs = tea cost plus shipping cost plus transaction fee for money transfer

• The fee for money transfer: Without doubt, you will be charged at a reasonable rate for money transfer. Three payment methods reflect three different rates for money transfer Postal money order; telegraph money order; Western Union's money transfer. Please consult your local offices for their transaction fees.

1) The shipping way: The package will be shipped by the couriers: TNT / EMS / UPS / , that subject to custom's decision. If required, we can ship the package by the parcel post from China Post Office .

2) The shipping charges: If shipped by TNT / EMS / UPS , two options are available for the payment for shpping charges::

• " PREPAID ": Shipper pays all shipping charges. Consignee pays duty and VAT. We can only confirm you the delivery fee based on this payment option. Read UPS delivery fee After receipt of your inquiry for ordering, we will confirm you both the total weight of the package and the delivery fee via Email (or fax).
• "FREIGHT COLLECT": Consignee pays all shipping charges, duty and VAT. If this option applied, you have to contact your local courer for the confirmed shipping charges.

3) The shipping time: Along with the confirmation for the shipping charges and tea costs of your order, the approximate shipping time will be told to you. We NEVER guarantee that the package will reach you in that shipping time.

4) Shipping security: We guarantee you the shipping security if the package shipped by TNT or UPS because of theiy workable online tracking tools. TNT / UPS act as reliable courier. In very rare accidents, the package may be lost or badly broken. If your package lost, another same package will be delivered immediately. If the package bady broken, just return it to us for exchange. In other cases(shipped by EMS or postal package ), we NEVER guarantee the shipping security.

5) The package tracking: The online tracking tools available from TNT/ UPS. After package's delivery, we will immediately inform its tracking number. Please visit TNT Tracking or UPS Tracking for their online tracking service. Again, you can use the tools below for tracking.

If your package is shipped by EMS or by postal way, after delivery, we will scan the shipping invoice and send it to you via email for your confirmation of the delivery. And, you have to keep patient waiting for its arrival at your side because of no online tracking tools avaiable to you.

Of course, you can ask us track your package for you.

• Unconditional exchange policy: whatever reasons you are not satisfied with the teas you ordered, simply return them to us for exchange. Please note that the exchange policy is not applicable to samplers(30g or 50g). Along with your teas(150g,300g or more), a small pack containing 3g~8g of your ordered tea is attached for you to confirm that the tea satisfy you or not. Please note that, once you open the packing of your teas, your teas will not be exchengeable. So, when you receive your package, open the tea in small pack to confirm your satisfaction firstly.
