Chinese Green tea:
Green tea, known as unfermented tea, has the longest history than
other teas. The natural aroma and widely acclaimed health benefits
make green tea appealing to both the tea lovers and previously non-tea
drinkers.
The primary processiong of green tea inclucdes "fixation",
"rolling" and "drying". Because of without fermentation,
the chlorophyll still remain in tea leaves, that make the green
tea in green color.
The output of green tea still ranks first in tea output in China.
Almost all the tea producing areas produce green teas. According
to the different types of fixation and drying processes, green tea
can be detailedly classed into five types: 1> roasted green tea
2> Basket-fired green tea 3>Basket&Pan-fired green tea
4> Solar drying green tea 5> Steamed green tea
